On the road again. Me and the fam are half way through the Summer tour, and let me just say…this feels like a long one. We’ll be on the road just a little over 2 months together and that can feel just a little over 2 years long when you’re doing it with a toddler and a baby. Hotels, comedy condos, and guest rooms in the houses of friends and family start to wear on our mental stability. I’m pretty sure the kids think we’re homeless.
I just recorded my album back in Omaha and I’m really excited to get it out there for you to hear. I’ve been working on some of those jokes for years, so finally having them out in a finalized form gives me some closure. Time to move on. That’s why the remainder of this Summer run will be filled with new premises and growing pains. I love the process of seeing what audiences like and, more importantly, don’t like.
